Is my personal information kept confidential?

Yes, your information is kept strictly confidential and is never disclosed to third parties. If you’d like to receive additional offers and communication from third party companies you can give us your permission on the opt-in box that you’ll find on your order form.

How do I inform Arcadia when my address, phone number etc.. has changed?

You can give us your new contact details by phoning our Call Centre department on 021 981 8882 or by sending an email to custservices@arcadia.co.za . Supply us with old and new details or client number. Sometimes our order forms also provide a space where you can correct your address details.

In which ways can I pay for my order?

You can pay with your credit card (visa and master card), debit card (this service is only available to Standard Bank on the MTN and Vodacom network) or you can make a direct deposit (EFT), and you can pay with FNB cell phone banking. You can also pay by cheque or postal order made out to Arcadia Home Shopping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We make every effort to process and dispatch orders immediately upon receipt. The average duration for parcels to arrive at your home/the nearest Post Office, is 5 -10 days from dispatch. This may vary depending on the Post Office delivery times. And if you choose the Door To Door option, your Parcel will be delivered by Dawn Wing in 2 to 5 days from dispatch. For Door To Door we need your street address or office address.

Can I return an item if I’m not happy with it?

Yes, absolutely. Arcadia has a 90-day Money-back Guarantee, which means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you are free to return it in its original condition for a full refund (excluding the postage fee) or replacement – no questions asked. Just remember that you have to return it within 90 days.
